a) Excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills
b) At least 2+ years of experience with technical hiring for US based clients
c) Comfortable working on Direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements
d) Strong grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc
e) Understanding of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc
f) Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc)
g) Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
h) Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
i) Candidate must be able to demonstrate a respectable placement record at previous employers and give references for validation
j) High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.
k) Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, Portals, etc...

• Excellent experience (minimum 1+ years in US Staffing) in identifying potential requirements through Dice and other job portals, contacts and network
• Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques – W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
• Excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive job requisitions.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• High level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to interface with all levels
• High level of initiative and self-motivation.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Career focused, ownership of work (Accountability & involvement in work) results driven and strong goal orientation
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
