Job Description

1.  Effective delivery of training to Students enrolled for courses.

2. Adherence to all processes as applicable to a Trainer & Master coach

3. Ensure competency enhancement and continued certification as Trainer

4. Creating dashboards, analysis of the performance levels and action plan

5. Co-ordination to ensure compliances of Retail  Management Process.

6. Responsible to ensure closure of Non Compliances if any

7. Feedback Mechanism & reporting
