Intuit is a $3.1bn organization based in US.They predominantly address B2C and B2B (only SMB markets).In India they are looking at tapping the rural market (i.e. farmers).They are an interface between the farmer and the wholesale market.
- So the team at e4e would need to address inbound calls from farmers, Intuit field execs in Gujarat & Andhra Pradesh.
- Farmers will call in asking for details on the wholesale prices and registration details/process and our team would need to guide and educate these customers.
- There would need to make a few outbound calls [roughly 300 in a week]pm]
- Transport will be provided one way [drop to office at 7.00 am for shift 1 (7.30 am) , drop back home for shift 2 folks that ends at 10.00 pm] in case they require the same.
