Job Description:

Key Responsibilities of Analyst: Interacting with client, understanding the requirements and delivering reports on time Providing key insights on the data being reported Building reports and analysis using PowerPoint & Excel Skills required:: 1.       Good communication skills a must 2.       Graduate (Post graduate degree - M.Sc or MBA – will be preferred) 3.       Experience with working on dashboards / slides (must) 4.       Experience with VOC kind of work (not necessary but preferable) a.        Experience with tools like Lithium or OpinionLab (preferred) 5.        Added advantage - some good knowledge on American culture since he will be assessing customer comments and will be asked to categorize comments based on what users are saying – (preferred)
