Job Description:
Industry analysis & Employability Study     A study to understand and map the scope of vocational education among the Below Poverty Line (BPL) youth of these districts   · Direct Survey and meet 150 potential employers (SME) in each district. · Evaluating industry segments and analyzing vocational training needs. · Identify industry clusters in districts and map job skills · Analysis of high growth industries and focus on future trends in employability potential. · Trying to find out what are the potential industries in that particular districts and what type of skill they require for those industry. · Develop the training parameters for the IndiaCan team to help bridge the education industry skill gap. · Facilitate the employment tie ups of trainees who are trained based on these employability studies. · Facilitate internship and guest lecture from corporate to the vocational training centers. · Activity-wise industrial units, estimated financial and manpower commitments of organizations in the area to project employment Potential. · Suggestions and courses recommended across industries   After successful completion of the study, candidates will compile the findings and present it in form of a detailed report.     Base Location : Candidates will be based out of their home town in the assigned district. (Positions are available across locations in West Bengal, Orissa, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh)
