We are having an immediate requirement for 'Help-Desk-Support' (Only Females)

Responsibilities:
* The position is responsible for going IT-Services at level-1 support (Help-Desk Support)
* Primary contact or IT-Issues and answer calls.
* Escalate the tickets as and when needed to the next-level .
* Need to handel calls from the different depts.

Qualification : Any graduate.and should be ready to give the commitment for atleast 1yr.

Route Map to reach ELICO:
1) Route 1 : From Ameerpet  You have to come to Bharat Nagar bus stop and take a  turn. After taking turn you will be beneath the flyover. Then need to take first left. This will leads you to Sanath Nagar Railway Station, Railway Quarters . Towards your right. After crossing them you can see TATA coffee limited godown towards your left and then comes ELICO. ( You can even see sign boards of ELICO in blue colour )
2) Route 2 : You can also reach us from Narsapur X roads near Balanagar. If coming from Sec-bad , at Narsapur X roads , have to take left. You can see varun Motors, Khaitan fans, Bottle gas company. Adjacent to ELICO there is another company called Hetero.
