Job Description:

The eligibility criteria and the rules: ·         Our minimum criteria are Class-XII Pass / or a Graduate Fresher. ·         Knowledge of English / Hindi / Bengali   is  a must. ·         Minimum 18 years of age. ·         Should be willing to work in rotational shifts ·         Willing to work for 9hour shifts (8 hours of taking calls and 1 hour of breaks) ·         Should not be a regular student from any educational body. ·         Only one weekly off provided per week which would not be a Sunday ·         No leaves beyond this one weekly off would be entertained within the 1st 6 months of joining. ·         Should not be a BE / B.Tech / MCA / LLb. Such people are overqualified for our process.
