Job Description
1. Ensuring the availability of the concerned products is of utmost importance as without product availability your effort in the conversion of the doctor is futile.
2. In this regard you are expected to meet dietitians, pharmacy executives as well as the head of the pharmacy.
3. This will be done in co-ordination with the sales team.
4. Visiting the doctors to furnish technical knowledge related to the product.
5. With every visit to the doctor a visit to the pharmacy is a must.
6. Attend to the doctor’s technical queries.
7. Developing close relationship with the opinion leaders in all specializations and all dietitians.
8. Initiating forums and connecting dietitians through Company.
9. Creating confidence in the company brands and the technicalities of the product.
10. Conversion of the doctor.
11. Providing technical support to field personnel in your local headquarter for new products.
12. Conducting regular refresher training sessions at least twice a month.

14. Monthly Meeting
15. Implementing activities.
16. Ensuring the success of activities.
17. Initiate CME’s that involve both doctors and dietitians.
18. These CME’s will be organized in co-ordination with Business Executives.
19. Conducting one dietitian meet compulsory every month.
20. Regular reporting of activities conducted in the local headquarters.
21. Daily reports.
22. Daily coordination with PMT team at HO.
