Associate Software Engineer - Level 2 Technical Support - ISL
The job involves providing Level 2 Support to the IBM Tivoli customers located world-wide. Handle the customer problem tickets based on severity and priority. Work as a member of Level-2 Technical Support team. Work on customer's problems reported for the Tivoli Security products. Duplicate the customer problems on various platforms for Security products. If required, coordinate with Level-1 as well as Level-3 to resolve customer problems. Be involved in training customers, domestic and foreign partners as well as peers, consultants and SE’s. Working/ Hands-on experience WAS Admin, Tivoli Identity Manager, Access Manager.
