Total Years of Exp: 0-2 years Relevant Exp : 1+ years of Technical , Helpdesk support , L1 and L2 support. Educational Qualifications: B.E , B. Tech (Any stream) , BSc (Computer Science)Excellent Communication Skills.
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Should sign service agreement of 1 year at the time of Joining. Primary Areas of Responsibilities: 1. Raise tickets for issues handled over phone or email 2. Resolve technical tickets raised in the ticket handling tool like Remedy. 3. Job Monitoring Mandatory Skills: (a) Languages: Java / .Net /Mainframes (b) Databases: SQL/Oracle / DB2 (c) Competency: Good analytical and logical ability, communication skills and excellent understanding of one software Language or Database. Desirable Skills: (a) Prior experience in production , application and helpdesk support in any of the above mentioned languages or databases.
