Job Description:
Preferably a hotel management graduate / graduate in any discipline with experience in the hotel industry would also do. For non hotel management graduates, short term Travel/Hotel related diploma courses would be an added advantage. Proven written and verbal communication skills in English. Organized, Methodical and analytical skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in MS-Office. Ability to work during all shifts Should preferably have knowledge/experience in Hotel Industry and its related services. Experience in front office or reservations would be an added bonus. Should be able to understand the Hotel related terms and to load tariffs accordingly. Should have clear understanding of rules and conditions of Hotels
