The person should be able to do the following -: 1 To use all the latest off the shelf desktop publishing and image manipulation (Windows base) software - Adobe paintshop, power point and the like. 2 Scan, create from drawings, copy, redraw oil industry images into powerpoint presentations. 3 Be efficient, well organized with an eye for detail and design consistancy 4 Learn new GIS software when required The person should also have A definite flare for design Oil Industry experience is prefered
