Will be able to manage, planning, requirement analysis and testing of Mainframe applications.

Should be able to contribute towards automation and cost savings.

Should be capable to explore mainframe tools.

Meet short-term and long-term goals.

Should be able to acquire Domain knowledge in quick turn around time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
