Job Description:
Provide Technical Support over the phone ( Voice Support )  Good written and verbal English communication skills.

 Working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices.

 Understanding of Windows OS (XP/2000/ NT) in a network environment.

 Possess analytical problem solving skills

 Should be flexible working in shifts 24/7.
