Customer Care Executive
Job Description:
‘Customer care executive’ is the entry level role in NIIT’ sales cadre as a part of talent building initiative in ‘Sales & Marketing’ and career development program.
The incumbent would require being in role for initial few years in tele - counseling customers on NIIT’s various product at our contact center at Gurgaon. The role will require working in rotational shifts (no late night shift).
Desired Profile:
• Must be a graduate with computer proficiency. BSC-IT, BCA, BE-Computer since will be preferred.
• Candidate need to have proficiency in English speaking
• Candidate must have flair for selling and have aspiration in building career in sales
