Job Description:
• To generate and monitor performance of Sales team by tracking daily targets vs achievements.
• Coordinate with HO team for any support required by Field Sales team.
• To communicate schemes, new policies and any other developments to all channel partners.
• Other tasks to support the Business Plan as and when required including working extra hours if req to ensure company business objectives are met.
• Provide periodic MIS reports along with analysis and inputs.
• Assist National sales head in day to day activities.
1. Responsible for communicating with the database of retailers.
2. Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction.
3. Engage & manage the relationships at appropriate levels with retailers.
4. Should generate Daily Sales Report in excel sheet.
