Job Involves • Follow-up on outstanding claims with Insurance companies • Strong focus on Quality and Compliance to regulatory requirements while achieving productivity and turnaround time • Business to Business Calling ( no sales calls) · Working in continuous night shifts Learning, Development and Growth Opportunities • Training in US healthcare industry • Opportunity to become a subject matter expert • Training on Information Security and Quality Management · Soft Skills training Requirements • Graduates in any discipline (Note: Non engineering candidates excluding M.Sc (IT), MCA and B.Sc IT) • Good communication skills especially spoken English with neutral/trainable accent • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills • Reasonable documentation skills & typing skills
