Job Description
We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Singapore Sales department.
Duties include:
Develop Excellent understanding about Singapore market.
Business to Business lead generation and sales prospecting in Singapore.
Profile include cold calling, re-qualifying, appointment setting and account profiling.
Identify and solicit potential clients by using appropriate tools through telephone, internet and email to meet sales goals.
Should be responsible for secondary research for mapping the company / Industry / vertical / business by cold calling.
Work with online database like Hoovers (D&B), CEOs.com, Linked In etc
Work in an activity based environment, ie) number of calls per/day, proposals/rates presented .
Provide clients with all information on our services.
Report data into on line CRM to help sales manage leads, track their pipeline and forecast.
Should be responsible for closing and managing multiple clients.
Responsibilities
1. Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting across Singapore.
2. Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections.
3. Should have worked with online database like Hoovers (D&B), CEOs.com, LinkedIn etc
4. Re-qualifying leads from mailers and other activities.
5. Appointment setting
6. Calling mid-large size organizations and position recruitment services/offerings
Qualifications:
Sales experience and/or formal education in a Marketing / Sales program.
Min 6 months of inside sales experience .
Experience in outbond / sales process for Global Market for IT/Software Services and interested to do the same for HR recruitment industry.
Strong initiative and motivation .
Strong oral and written communication skills .
Ability to prioritize workload.
Work independently .
Excellent customer service orientation and pleasant telephone manner .
