Job Description:
1) Troubleshooting voice technical issues (hardware and networking)pertaining to laptops/PC's 2) Handling customer escalations. 3) Resolving inbound technical issues 4) Tamil language is must. 3) Interview Venue: RT Outsourcing Services Ltd D 1/3,Okhla Phase-2, New Delhi. Timing - 10AM - 5PM.  Freshers with excellent communication can also apply
