Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• To be a part of VS team for providing floor level support i.e. traffic, husbandry ect

• To support environmental monitoring, pressure differential monitoring, sterilization program and waste disposal program of the facility.

• To provide assistance in daily health assessment, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical treatment of rats and mice.

• To provide vivarium support to investigators.

• To provide support on technical procedures i.e. euthanasia, blood collection etc for investigative staff as required.

• To provide daily animal supplies to different animal holding, quarantine areas.

• To provide support in record maintenance i.e. census, inventory, sanitation, daily facility records etc

 

Desired Profile:
Skills:Independence and creativity, strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills as well as a demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary research team are essential.
