Position : Business Development Executive   Experience : 1-2 yrs Qualification: Graduate with full time MBA (from recognized institution) Job Profile :        1.     Responsible for lead generation, identify the prospect, Target driven with maturity and ability to sell/convince the prospect of the business proposition and ensure closure of order.        2.     Revenue focus - growing revenue segments.        3.     Formulating strategies for bringing in business and generating reports.        4.     Ability to network and create conducive business relationship with prspect to secure business for  the organization. 5.       Designing Impressive Proposals, Making presentations.   6.       Delivering various compelling concepts to the customer and drive to closure of the proposal in terms of wins. 7.        Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management.   Desired profile:   1.      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2.      Strong problem-solving skills, and analytical orientation with the ability to analyze alternative solutions. 3.   Good Logic and analytical capabilities.       4.    IT Marketing and selling skills, Strong negotiation skills.       5.    Market research knowledge.       6.    Strong user knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Windows XP.
