Purpose of Job
To ensure that clients are assisted, educated and guided with regards to the hospitalisation process, information regarding claims is readily provided, co-ordination with providers to render clients with services as per understanding with the company and achieve the goals set for the department.
 
Job Components
Your major job responsibilities will include the following activities:
-         To effectively handle customer calls and thereby provide complete and correct resolution.
-         To provide a first time and quick resolution.
-         To learn the internal software's and process completely and entirely to provide accurate information to the customers.
 
-         To abide by the policy and procedures of the organization
-         To effectively work as a team member and should be a good team player.
-         Focus, Dedication and Intensity towards deriving customer satisfaction is an absolute requisite.
 
 

 

    * Any graduate/ Diploma Holder in any discipline would be preferred.

    * Adequate practical computer kills.

    * Good communicati onskills is a pre-requisite.
