Job Description:


Job involves handling and responding to calls from individuals, travel agents and corporate houses for reservations and creating PNRs for e-ticketing turning queries into sales.
General awareness and advise of numbers to be called for bookings, Loyalty programs, handle redemption requests.
Knowledge of Amadeus Booking/Pricing System.
Multi Functionality (reservations to ticketing) & willing to work extended hours.
