Job Description:
Operations 1. Perform day to day case processing and adhere to process SLA (Service Level Agreement) in terms of production, productivity, quality and TAT · Production: Achieving the set target numbers as set by supervisor. · Productivity: Achieving the set target within specified time limits as set by supervisor · Quality: Achieving the accuracy level as per the SLA guidelines. · TAT: Adhering to turn around time for each case as per SLA guideline. 2. Adhere to process related training manuals. 3. Provide inputs to the supervisor on any variations/discrepancies in the existing process training manual 4. Update individual production, Query logs and any other process related logs. 5. Communicate with Client using verbal and/or written mode. 6. Ensure all Soft skills related trainings are completed and qualifying criteria met. 7. Get cross trained on at least one additional process from any other LOB/Division/Business Units Administration 1. Update timesheets on a daily basis; update leave applications, where applicable 2. Adherence to Organizational Quality and ISMS policy 3. Adherence to HR policies 4. Adherence to guidelines on customer interface, telephones and email etiquettes while interacting with Clients and Internal/ External parties 5. Ensure all Organizational Trainings and Program are attended and qualifying criteria are met 1st Class Graduate freshers or Candidate with less than 2 years of experience are eligible to apply for the above mentioned position.
