Job Description:

Profile:  The role of a Process Associate is to do daily reconciliations of bank transactions. Apart from this the candidate will be required to interact with German counterparts whenever required. Job Description 1) Transaction Processing- Candidate would be required to work on Back-end Investment Banking Operations 2) Meet all the productivity targets set on a consistent basis 3) Complete all training requirements to meet the SLAs successfully 4) Process standard technical/functional tasks with minimal supervision 5) Adhering to all Security Policies and Procedures as per ISO 6) Contact German counterparts through mails / calls as per the process requirement for any clarifications 7) Translating official documents/ working notes from German to English and vice versa as and when required Qualification & Experience: - Undergraduate/ Graduate preferably B.Com / B.A( German) (Final year- Distance Learning students may also apply)/ M.A German - Minimum G-3/B1 Completed (Candidates in 4th semisters & above can apply) - Good command on both written & spoken German - German language Certification/Advanced Diploma - Candidates having 0-2 yrs of experience in the similar profile Skills: 1 Good communication skills 1 Computer Literate- Hands on MS Office with Good Typing speed Selection Rounds 1) German written Test 2) Aptitude Test & Typing Test 3) Team Leader Round/ Communication skills test in German 4) Operation Manager's Round 5) HR Interaction Interview Timings 11:00 am-3:00 pm on Weekdays
