Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS: US Recruiters - 2 Positions

*Knowledge of eRecruitments (i.e. advanced internet searching techniques, online engaging of candidates, hands-on experience in using leading job boards)

*Minimum 2 years of previous IT recruiting (US Market) experience with a focus on hiring mid to high-level candidates for onsite assignments

*Understanding of employee movement process and logistics, travel, types of visas(US), would be a big plus.

*Strong People skills, Business communication skills and Negotiation skills is a Mandatory requirement

*Ability to maintain High level of confidentiality, impeccable ethics and honesty and ability to handle constructive criticism

*Graduate degree

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and good knowledge of IT terminology.

*Willingness to work in US-pacific or eastern timezone

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification, and presentation of candidates to the Account Managers to meet client requirements.

*Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on Account Manager's recommendations

*Prospect, identify, and interview new and existing candidates. Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the salesperson to close the deals.

*Key contributor in helping Account management teams to achieve goals, quick turn around time on responding to client requirements.

*Responsible for recruiting all levels of talent spanning multiple skills base with a strong focus on a wide variety of IT skills.
