-8:30 hrs Rotational Shift (anywhere between8.00 am to 8pm)
-Handle Inbound Calls for Complaints
-Good Communication Skills.
-Ready to work in Rotational shifts.Sould be able to do Follow up on complaints and enquiries with Customer and branch offices and ensure adherence to SLA
